Trey Dempsey

• Founding member of SilverCap Partners LLC.
• Mr. Dempsey’s primary responsibilities at SilverCap include investment origination, asset management, and investment disposition with specific focus on the industrial and office sectors.
• Prior to SilverCap, he was an Executive Vice President at Lincoln Harris LLC in Charlotte, NC where he served as a member of the Operating and Investment Committees and was responsible for the firm’s investment activities, Charlotte brokerage team and Raleigh and Charleston offices.
• Prior to Lincoln Harris, Mr. Dempsey worked for Boston Properties, Inc. in the firm’s Washington, DC offices with direct responsibility for new development pursuits in the District of Columbia.
• Throughout his career, Mr. Dempsey has been directly involved with development/acquisition projects exceeding 10.0 million square feet with combined values in excess of $3.0 billion.
• M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a concentration in real estate.
• A.B. degree from Duke University.
