Michael Fisher

• Mr. Fisher joined SilverCap in 2026.
• His primary responsibilities at SilverCap include asset management, operations oversight, and investment performance reporting across the firm’s multifamily portfolio.
• Prior to joining SilverCap, Mr. Fisher served as Vice President of Asset Management at ECI Group, overseeing a Sun Belt portfolio of approximately 3,900 units valued at over $800 million across five states.
• Prior to ECI Group, he served as Vice President of Asset Management at Preferred Apartment Communities, managing 15 Sun Belt apartment communities with an aggregate value exceeding $1 billion.
• Prior to PAC, Mr. Fisher was an Associate Managing Director in the Commercial Real Estate group at CIBC Bank USA, where he underwrote and managed a CRE loan portfolio of over $500 million across all asset types.
• M.B.A. from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
• B.S. in Business Administration, Finance from the Scheller College of Business at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
• Mr. Fisher currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Career Academy.
